We hope this update finds you safe and well.
Given the current environment and the continuing changes to health advice from various departments we wanted to reassure our customers we are taking all steps possible to remain safe in the community whilst continuing to service all our customers' needs.
Following all the health advice at present, we continue to wear masks (and although you can't see, we have a smile on our face when we greet you 😊) and sanitise before, after and during visits to site. Where required we will login using QR codes provided and maintain our 1.5m distance (we appreciate you doing the same). As an extra precaution our site staff will be having twice weekly COVID19 tests.
We will be endeavouring to log all people present onsite when we visit, so if you can please assist by letting us know when we arrive.

After inspecting the stormwater drainage along the side of a home at Bayview, we found the existing system was severely compromised with several pipe joints dislocated, and tree roots had caused major blockages.
