Drainage rerun under house

Our customers in Narraweena had a problem with a broken drain pipe under the slab of their laundry and was causing the wall to move. The team at DY Plumbers were able to come up with a solution that bypassed the damaged section of pipe. We were able to rerun the pipe under the house. This means we were able to keep it up off the ground and away from any tree root zones, it also eliminated the need for a more expensive option of digging or relining the existing pipe. Now our customers will be able to have the wall repaired and use the garden without an ugly pipe coming out of it. Job well done. Click the link to view before during and after photos.

Is that a yellow bath? No, it is not what it seems. That is us dye testing the bath to check first of all a leak from the waste, then for a leak around the top seal of the bath. And yes it did leak. Blocked Stormwater

What started as a smallish job to drain some ground water seepage from under a unit block has turned into a major job. We have found that the old clay pipe stormwater pipe is chockablock full of soil. This obviously hasn't been working for years and years and no doubt contributing to their rising damp issues. Every piece of stormwater pipe dug up revealed more and more dirt. Even the newish part was full. Bathroom Renovation

We recently finished a bathroom renovation for some of our good customers. However, it started like this. Leak coming through from the bathroom into the hallway. Husband softly softly approach to finding and fixing the leak. Wife with sledge hammer smashed out the wall - now there definitely was a leak The wash up is a brand new beautiful bathroom.
